Micro Loan Program
DMI in collaboration with First Financial Bank created a special $100,000 Micro Loan Program for both new and existing businesses within the downtown district. Businesses can apply to receive up to $10,000 to assist in both startup and expansion costs.
Downtown Middletown Inc. is the clearing house into the First Financial Micro Loan Program. Downtown Middletown Inc., has formed a partnership with the Small Business Development Center to assist prospective businesses in preparing their required “Business Plan.” To get started, you will need to contact the Downtown Middletown Inc. office and schedule an appointment for your confidential review of your business concept and referral to the Small Business Development Center.
